如果說(shuō)，一層空間作為建筑入戶的首要部分，那么它所要代表的，既是整個(gè)建筑體系中，最具代表性的感知輸出。所以整個(gè)客廳的狀態(tài)便是開(kāi)放的，自由的感受。三亞度假別墅設(shè)計(jì)陽(yáng)光將肆無(wú)忌憚的充斥著房間，而海風(fēng)搖曳著椰樹(shù)，成為空間畫(huà)面的一部分。同時(shí)，我們將原本設(shè)置在一層的廚房及餐廳空間置換到了負(fù)一層，而原有的空間，則被細(xì)分為了老人房、工人房、以及客房的功能。它無(wú)疑是平和的、適度開(kāi)放的狀態(tài)。所以，這不僅保證了客人的接待，也保證了老人、工人及客人行動(dòng)的便利性，和舒適性等問(wèn)題。

If the first floor space is the primary part of the building entry, then it is to represent both the most representative perceptual output of the whole building system. So the state of the whole living room is wild open and free feeling. The sunlight will fill the room unrestrainedly, while the sea breeze sways the coconut trees and becomes part of the space. At the same time, we have replaced the kitchen and dining space originally set on the first floor to the negative floor, while the original space is subdivided into the functions of Seniors room, workers room, and guest room. It is undoubtedly a calm and moderately open state. Therefore, it not only ensures the reception of guests, but also ensures the convenience and comfort of the elderly, workers and guests.

三亞度假別墅設(shè)計(jì)以一層空間為基準(zhǔn)。我們將樓上的空間界定為更加安靜與私密的靜態(tài)空間。二樓作為兒女及晚輩的主要生活空間，被劃分為了三間臥房。因?yàn)闆](méi)有了大量且長(zhǎng)期的儲(chǔ)藏需求，所以我們給予了每個(gè)空間更大的尺度關(guān)系，讓其體驗(yàn)感受得以更加舒展與放松。當(dāng)然，這才符合度假的意義。

Take the first floor space as a benchmark. We defined the upstairs space as a more quiet and private static space. The second floor is divided into three bedrooms as the main living space for the children and the younger generation. Since there is no large amount of long-term storage needs, we gave each space a larger scale of relationship, allowing the experience to be more spacious and relaxing. Of course, this is the meaning of vacation.
